Question 1

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

You add funds to your wallet and place orders against that balance. There is no subscription and no monthly fee. Each order shows its price before you confirm, and you only pay for what you order.

Question 2

How do I add funds?

Accepted Answer

Open Add Funds in your dashboard and choose an amount and a payment method. The balance is credited to your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Question 3

What happens if part of my order is not delivered?

Accepted Answer

If part of an order cannot be placed, the unplaced quantity is refunded to your wallet automatically. Quantity that was already placed is delivered and is not refundable.

Question 4

Can I use this for managing client accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can manage multiple reels, set per-reel delivery settings, import reels in bulk, and monitor all orders from one dashboard. It is built for agencies and resellers who run many accounts.

Question 5

When will the PC and Android apps launch?

Accepted Answer

PC desktop and Android apps are currently in development. Sign up now and you will get early access when they launch, with no separate signup required.

Question 6

How does organic-style delivery affect campaign performance?

Accepted Answer

Distributed delivery patterns generally perform better than flat delivery in our customers' experience, though results vary based on content and account history. Gradual warmup, peak-hour clustering, realistic engagement ratios, and natural cooldown spread delivery across natural traffic windows. The result is smoother delivery and more consistent campaign performance over time.

Question 7

Is there a minimum deposit or a monthly commitment?

Accepted Answer

There is no monthly commitment. The minimum deposit for each payment method is shown on the Add Funds page.

Question 8

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Unplaced quantity is returned to your wallet automatically. Unspent wallet balance can be requested back through support. See the Refund Policy page for the full details.
