Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name or username, email address and an encrypted (hashed) password.
• Order data: the public links you submit, services selected, quantities, order status and history.
• Wallet data: top-up amounts, timestamps, transaction IDs and refund credits. Card, bank and UPI PIN details are handled by the payment provider — we never see or store them.
• Crypto payment data: the amount, currency, network and transaction hash needed to confirm a top-up.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and log data used for security and fraud prevention.
• Support data: messages you send us by Telegram or email.

2. How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data.

• To create and secure your account.
• To process wallet top-ups, place and deliver your orders, and credit refunds to your wallet.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and chargebacks, and to keep the Service secure.
• To provide support and send essential service messages (for example payment confirmations).
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the Service.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process your data based on your consent (given when you sign up), to perform our contract with you, and where required to meet legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time by closing your account, although this will stop us providing the Service.

4. Sharing

We share data only with:

• payment processors and crypto payment gateways, to process your top-ups;
• hosting, database, email and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
• service partners strictly to the extent needed to fulfil your orders (only the public link and order details — never your account credentials);
• authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

5. Retention

We keep account and order data while your account is active. Payment and transaction records are kept for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law (generally up to 8 years). Security logs are kept for a limited period. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, access controls and monitoring to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.

7. Your rights

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent and close your account.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International transfers

Our service providers may store or process data outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data stays protected.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page with its "last updated" date.
