Terms of Service

1. About the Service

CurvePioneer is an online social media marketing (SMM) service. Registered users add funds to a prepaid CurvePioneer wallet and use that balance to place orders for social media engagement services (such as views, likes, saves, shares and comments) on supported platforms. Orders are delivered gradually using our organic-curve scheduling engine.

The Service is a digital service. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login details confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person or business may not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, refunds or limits.

3. Wallet and payments

The Service works on a prepaid wallet model. There are no subscriptions, plans or recurring charges. You add funds to your wallet using the payment methods we offer (currently UPI and supported cryptocurrencies), and each order is charged from your wallet balance at the rate displayed in your dashboard at the time you place it.

• Wallet balance is credited once your payment is confirmed by the payment processor or blockchain network.
• Wallet balance is a prepaid credit for use on the Service only. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another user.
• Wallet balance is generally non-withdrawable. Exceptions (for example duplicate or erroneous top-ups) are handled under our Refund Policy.
• Rates may change at any time, but the rate shown when you confirm an order is the rate you pay for that order.
• Applicable taxes, payment-gateway fees and network fees (for crypto) may apply and will be shown where possible.
• Crypto amounts are converted at the rate shown during checkout. You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network.

4. Orders and delivery

• You must submit a correct, public link. Orders for private, deleted, restricted or incorrect links may fail or be only partly delivered.
• Delivery is intentionally gradual. Estimated timeframes are indicative, not guaranteed.
• Do not place a second order for the same link and service while one is still running, and do not change the link's username or privacy during delivery.
• We do not guarantee any particular result such as reach, followers, revenue, ranking or virality.
• Natural drops in counts can happen on social platforms after delivery and are outside our control.

5. Refunds to wallet

If an order is cancelled, fails, or is only partly delivered, the undelivered portion is credited back to your CurvePioneer wallet. Full details are in our Refund Policy (/refund-policy).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• promote illegal content, hate speech, harassment, misinformation, adult content involving minors, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• place orders for content you do not own or do not have permission to promote;
• commit fraud, chargeback abuse or money laundering, or pay with funds or accounts that are not yours;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service;
• resell access to your account.

7. Third-party platforms

CurvePioneer is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X or any other platform. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you use. We are not liable for any action a platform takes on your content or account.

We will never ask for your social media password. Only provide public links.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, are involved in fraud or chargebacks, or create legal or security risk. Where an account is closed without a breach on your part, any remaining wallet balance will be handled in line with our Refund Policy. Balance linked to fraud or chargebacks may be withheld as permitted by law.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurvePioneer disclaims all implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or loss of data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
